1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SONE's audio mastering service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Description of Service

SONE provides AI-powered audio mastering services for podcasters and content creators. Our service allows you to upload audio files and receive professionally mastered versions.

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

4. Credits and Billing

Free Credits

  • All users receive 3 free credits per month
  • Free credits reset on the first day of each month
  • Free credits can only be used for MP3 output format
  • Unused free credits do not roll over to the next month

Premium Credits

  • Premium credits can be purchased in packs
  • Premium credits enable WAV output format (lossless quality)
  • Premium credits never expire
  • All sales of premium credits are final and non-refundable
  • Premium credits cannot be transferred between accounts

Pricing

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the audio files you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your files for the purpose of providing mastering services.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains illegal material
  • Is harmful, threatening, or harassing
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Our Service

All aspects of the SONE service, including software, algorithms, and branding, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our technology
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious code or files
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Circumvent usage limits or restrictions
  • Use automated systems to access the service

7. Service Limitations

  • Maximum file size: 1GB per file
  • Supported formats: MP3, WAV
  • Files are stored for 30 days after processing
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will meet your specific requirements
  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The results will be accurate or reliable
  • Any defects will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SONE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Unauthorized access to your content
  • Any conduct or content of any third party

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SONE from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the service will cease immediately
  • Your files may be deleted
  • Unused premium credits will be forfeited
  • No refunds will be provided

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
